Pencil Drawings Of Deer Biography

Drawing Of A Deer
A Royal Stag has six points on its antlers to show he is fully grown.
The male deer grows new antlers every year.
The antlers are covered with a velvet like, hairy skin.
Deer belong to the cow and antelope family.
I wasn't sure about this drawing of a stag, but my Mum liked it and insisted I show you.
The main thing with drawing is to enjoy it, keep an open mind and experiment by trying to draw all different subjects.

The antidote to fear is courage so I put on a brave front and draw whatever I see. If you adopt the same attitude, you will discover all of your hidden talent
Dallen Lambson was born March 4, 1977 to Hayden and Cheryl Lambson in Pocatello Idaho.  He was the third of eight children and has always felt blessed to grow up in a large family.  “It was a nice arrangement.  Everyone had someone to beat up on.”  Dallen has always considered his family and upbringing to be a significant influece for good in his life.  “There is something very stabilizing that comes with being raised in a home where God and family take priority.”  He has fond memories of road trips, camping, hunting, and fishing with his family.  It was in that setting that he began to develop an interest in the work his Dad was doing as a wildlife artist.

Dallen went on to graduate from Highland High School in 1995.  Following high school he served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Up-State New York area.  Upon returning home he went on to get an associate’s degree in General Business from Ricks College and later a Bachelor’s in Business Management from ISU.

While attending church one Sunday, he saw a new face in the congregation.  That stunning face belonged to one Malory Gneiting.   They soon became friends and it wasn’t long before their friendship turned into much more.  They later married and Dallen has said on numerous occasions, “As beautiful as my wife is on the outside, she is every bit as beautiful on the inside – and then some.”  They currently reside in the foothills of South East Idaho.  Between them they have four children; Haven, who passed away soon after he was born, Dax, Lake, and Ashlyn .  Dallen considers his little family to be among his most priceless possessions in life.

Currently, Dallen spends much of his time sharing a studio with his Dad producing oil paintings that depict his passion, wildlife and the great outdoors.  He creates his graphite pencil work at his home in Pocatello.  When he’s not painting or drawing he enjoys time with his family, hunting, fishing, and fulfilling church callings.

Dallen would like to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to those who have gone to bat for him throughout his career.  Like many things, success in the wildlife art industry requires some fortunate breaks along the way; people willing to steer you in the right direction and point you to the right people.  “My Dad has been my biggest advocate.  His efforts, combined with those of so many others, have been the driving force in this venture.  Furthermore, I am one of those who believe that all good things in this life come from a loving Father in Heaven.  To him I am most grateful, and sincerely hope that my conduct and character reflect that gratitude.”

Dallen’s artwork can be found internationally in various retail stores including Cabelas, Bass Pro, Gander Mountain, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and others.
